Everything you need to know before booking or joining as a Mandli.

How does booking a Kirtan Mandli work?
Search for Mandlis by city and event date, review their profile and availability, then send a booking request through the app. The booking is confirmed after you and the Mandli mutually agree on the event details.
Are Mandlis on Kirtan Connect verified?
Mandli profiles go through a verification process before being presented as verified. We still recommend reviewing the profile, discussing your requirements, and confirming all event details directly with the Mandli.
How are payments arranged?
Kirtan Connect does not currently collect or process payments. Any donation, honorarium, advance, or other payment is agreed and exchanged directly between the devotee and the selected Mandli.
What is the cancellation process?
If you need to cancel, update the booking in the app where available and inform the Mandli as early as possible using the shared contact details. Refunds or payment disputes must be resolved directly between both parties because Kirtan Connect does not process payments.
Which cities are currently supported?
Coverage depends on where registered Mandlis are currently available and continues to expand. Search your city in the app to see the latest local availability; if no Mandli appears yet, please check again as new communities join.
How can a Mandli register?
Download Kirtan Connect, choose the Mandli registration option, and complete the profile with your services, location, experience, contact details, and availability. Submitted details may be reviewed as part of verification.
Is Kirtan Connect free to use?
The app is currently free to download, browse, and create an account. Any event-related donation, honorarium, or fee is a separate arrangement made directly with the Mandli.
